Research partnerships
Universities, research groups and organizations can take part in the ICA study, or use the free ICA in their own research.
Two ways to take part
Contribute to the ICA study
Recruit consenting adults to take the ICA, and the comparison measures where the protocol asks for them. Results are pooled without names.
Use the ICA in your own study
The ICA is free to take. Its scoring is published, and each results export records its version, so your methods can be reported exactly.
Teach with it
Courses on assessment, measurement or organizational behavior can use the ICA and this research program as a live case.
What partners agree
- Participants opt in, and know what is collected and why
- Data is shared without names, under a written data-sharing agreement
- Your own ethics approval applies to your own study
- Results are published whatever they show
What partners receive
- Your contribution acknowledged in published results
- Early sight of results affecting your data
- A named contact at ANTHRL
Before you start
Read how assessment accuracy is judged and the claims ledger, so your write-up describes the ICA's evidence status correctly.
