Who it is for

Universities, research teams, HR and learning leaders, and practitioner networks who want ongoing expert review without commissioning separate projects.

How it works

1. Send an application describing your organization and goals.
2. We agree the scope, contacts and response times in writing.
3. Work with us month by month; stop when it no longer serves you.

Price and limit

• $5,000 a month, billed monthly under a written agreement. It continues each month until you cancel, and the agreement states the notice period.
• At most 300 advisory engagements a year. The limit reflects what we can deliver well; we do not run countdowns.
• Prices rise 10% each year. A price you have paid stays fixed for the period you paid for; the increase applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before it does.

What it is not

The ICA is a self-report behavioral-preference assessment, and its accuracy is currently being studied. It is not a clinical, medical or diagnostic test, does not measure intelligence or cognitive ability, and does not screen for any condition. Advisory is not legal advice and does not provide psychological services.
