Certify your team in the ICA
Train the people who will run the ICA in your organization. Each person certifies individually, because the certificate and the practitioner dashboard are personal: $1,998 per person, once.
What each person receives
- Six core training modules, about 2.5 hours, each with written content, a video and a quiz
- The advanced module, about 90 minutes: deep profile interpretation, faculty dynamics, team and hiring use, and case studies
- A 60-question examination: 90 minutes, 80% to pass
- A certificate with a verifiable ID
- The practitioner dashboard, unlocked with a personal access code
- Eligibility for the ICA Practitioner License
Then license to practice
Certification qualifies a person. The ICA Practitioner License, $998 a year per person, lets them use the ICA with clients, teams and organizations. For many people across one organization, the Institutional License covers internal practitioners under one agreement.

Questions
Can one certificate be shared by several people?
No. Each certificate, dashboard and license is personal to one practitioner.
Does certification expire?
No. Certification is a one-time qualification. The practitioner license renews yearly while the person practices.
