The ICA Institutional License
One agreement for the ICA across your organization: your people take it, your practitioners interpret it, and ANTHRL supports the work. $120,000 a year.
What the license includes
- Organization-wide professional use of the ICA for development, coaching, team work, education and wellbeing, under one written agreement
- Internal practitioners: ICA Certification and Practitioner Licenses for the staff who will run the ICA, in the numbers your agreement sets
- Group results: ANTHRL prepares team and organization summaries in the common results format, from the results your people choose to share
- Version control: you are told before a new instrument version replaces the one you use (current version: ICA 1.1)
- Research participation: the option to contribute consented, anonymized results to the ICA study
- A procurement pack and a named contact for security, privacy and supplier review (what is in it)
Who it is for
| Organization | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Companies | Team development, leadership programs and onboarding |
| Universities and colleges | Student development, careers services and teaching |
| Coaching and consulting firms | One standard instrument across every consultant and client |
| Public bodies and nonprofits | Staff and volunteer development at scale |
Price, limits and renewal
- $120,000 a year, under a written agreement that sets the scope, the number of internal practitioners and the term.
- At most 300 institutional licenses a year. These are real limits on what we can support well; we do not run countdowns or claim seats are running out.
- Prices rise 10% each year. Your price is fixed for the year you have paid for. The increase applies only if you renew, and your agreement sets how and when we notify you before renewal.
- No automatic surprises: the agreement states the renewal date, the notice we give and how to decide not to renew.
The pricing page shows every price and what it becomes after the next increase.
Use with care
The ICA is a self-report behavioral-preference assessment, and its accuracy is currently being studied. It is not a clinical, medical or diagnostic test, does not measure intelligence or cognitive ability, and does not screen for any condition. Use it as one input alongside other evidence, never as the sole basis for a consequential decision.
If your organization uses the ICA anywhere in hiring or promotion, the appropriate-use guidance and the guide to personality tests in hiring set out what that requires.
How to start
- Send an enquiry with your organization, its size and what you want the ICA for.
- We arrange a call and, if it fits, send a written proposal with the scope and terms.
- Your team reviews the procurement pack.
- Sign the agreement; we set up your internal practitioners and the group-results process.
Questions
Can we start with a few certified practitioners instead?
Yes. Certify a team at $1,998 per person, with a Practitioner License at $998 a year each, and move to the Institutional License later.
Is there a price for smaller organizations?
The Institutional License is one price, $120,000 a year. Smaller teams usually start with individual certification and licenses.
Does the ICA integrate with our HR systems?
Not directly today. People take the ICA in their own browser and share results as files in the common results format, which keeps personal data out of third-party systems until you decide where it goes.
